Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship our products within mainland United States.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS ground and air shipping.
  • Shipping rate: The shipping rate is shown at the checkout
3. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed immediately. Shipping takes place on Monday or Tuesday of each week.
  • By shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays, we make sure that your perishable items arrive on time! If we shipped on, let's say, Thursdays, the risk of deliveries being delayed due to the weekend would be too high. This is common practice in the frozen food industry!
4. Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping: Takes 1-4 business days.
5. Shipping Perishable Products
  • Our vegan ribeyes are shipped frozen to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. The products should either arrive frozen or refrigerated.
  • We use insulated packaging and cooling materials to maintain the required temperature during transit. We make our best efforts to add enough cooling materials to account for 1-2 days of delay. If the products ever arrive warm, please contact us.
  • Orders containing frozen products are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure timely delivery.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
7. Shipping Address
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Delivery Issues
  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team at insa@offbeast.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. International Shipping
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
