This was THE BEST dinner we've ever had.  We are very long-term vegans and can cook exceptionally well, so we've had a lot of good food.  We've tried all the steaks, [name removed], [name removed]...you name it.  YOURS was the BEST!  And your butter...what can I say.

We paired the steak with riced russet potatoes, steamed carrots, and tender cinnamon brussels sprouts, with a really good vegan aus jus that we found. Topped the whole thing with some of our wonderful garden fresh (even right now in Washington) chives.
