Are they done yet? 🔎

The most frequent mistake we see is overcooking. About 40% of our customers
overcook their ribeyes on their first attempt. Here's how to avoid.

HOW TO AVOID COOKING MIS-STEAKS

START WITH ONE STEAK ONLY

Cook one steak at once until you get the hang of them

CHECK TEMPERATURE

Use food thermometer to check inner temperature. Take out of pan when temperature is at:

~135F (rare)
~140F (medium-rare)
~145F (well-done)

POKE A HOLE

While searing the ribeye, slice a small hole and compare to colors on the left

SQUEEZE!
Gently press a fork on your ribeye while you're searing it. If it feels slightly firm but still bouncy, it's likely done.

The ribeyes should NEVER feel firm and hard like Seitan. If they appear to have a Seitan-like texture, you overcooked them
