Cook your chicken filets in 5 easy steps!

Thaw filets overnight in fridge, or for 1 hr in cold water

Preheat pan on medium heat and add oil

Sear filet at medium heat for 4 minutes per side

pan-FRY
Heat 2 tbsp of oil (preferably sunflower oil) in a pan over medium heat
Season chicken filet, cook 4 minutes each side until golden brown

Grill
Preheat BBQ/grill to medium. Season chicken filet with spices and oil
Grill 3–4 minutes each side until you see desired grill marks

AIR FRYER
Season chicken filet with favorite spices
Place chicken filet in Air Fryer basket
Cook filet 8–10 minutes or until golden brown

oven
Grill or griddle the filets for 4 minutes on each side

Marinate
Marinate filets in your favorite sauce or seasoning mix for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight)
Grill, pan fry, air fry or bake afterwards (be cautious of burning is the marinade contains sugar)

Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer at 350°F then fry filet 4 minutes.
