‍What is so special about your vegan ribeyes?Have you noticed grocery stores are full of steaks, filets, and cutlets, but plant-based options are mostly burger patties and ground meat? That's because replicating the texture of meat is incredibly challenging. But perfecting the texture is essential to convince even the most dedicated carnivores to switch to plant-based nutrition.

We started as a small team of vegan Harvard scientists and found the secret sauce of texture: using all-natural plant fibers to replicate muscle fibers.

We are one of only four companies in the world making such high-quality vegan steaks. As far as we know, we are the only US-based, vegan-founded and female-founded company among them. With your feedback, we aim to become the best of them all!

‍What are your vegan ribeyes made from?‍The key ingredients are soy and wheat (see below). All ingredients are Non-GMO. Our standard cut contains 33g of protein.

What are the ingredients, allergens & nutrients?

How are the vegan ribeyes be cooked?‍

Our vegan ribeyes can be prepared almost like a real steak. They can be cooked to medium-rare, medium, or well-done.

They can be seared, reverse seared, or be prepaed on a charbroil grill.

What are the allergens?

Our vegan ribeyes contains soy and wheat. It is manufactured in a facility which processes milk, eggs, finfish, shellfish, sesame, tree nuts, and peanuts.

How are your products shipped?

Our vegan ribeyes are shipped frozen with cooling packs and an insulated liner.

Please place them in your freezer immediately once they arrive.
